- Assignment of new SOP, SWIS and other procedure control numbers
- Writing of new SOP, SWIS and other procedures with direction from specific department leadership
- Translation of documents as required
- Ensuring that documents are organized and readily available for retrieval for audits such as PEPS, BRC and SMETA
- Will assist in document and record retrieval during required audits
- Maintain data integrity within plant manufacturing or warehouse departments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the location's system for managing data and the ongoing training and coaching of associates to meet required needs.
- Collects and audit paperwork and perform daily tasks including order reconciliation, order confirmation, correction of errors, file maintenance, etc.
- Support production and inventory control as determined by supervisor.
- Receiving MB01
- Update trailer database and run reports for daily production and shipping meeting.
- Process all Columbus invoices good receipts.
- Daily consumption and variance report

Description of Job Duties:
Training Responsibilities
The Training and Documentation Coordinator (TDC)is responsible for the coordination of training and onboarding new temporary employees as well as ensuring the appropriate and timely retraining/recertification of full-time employees. The objective is to complete standardized training using a flexible timeframe to match everyone’s learning pace while ensuring training progress is achieved and to accomplish all training in a safe and effective manner.
The TDC will align appropriate trainers to trainees, including those individuals whose primary language is not English. The TDC will work with Operations and Human Resource Leadership to translate documents from English to Spanish (or any other required/appropriate language).
The TDC will facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring that the correct Day 1 documentation and training plan for the appropriate position is set, reviewed and understood with the new employee.
The TDC will be responsible for updating, maintaining and implementing to appropriate training documentation with input from Operations and Human Resource leadership.
This position does require the ability to be flexible with the work schedule including the ability to work all shifts as needed.
The TDC works directly with Team Leaders and Supervisors to coordinate training activities and, while the TDC regularly works with trainees, the coordinator does not direct their assignments. The TDC meets regularly with the Operations Manager and Human Resources to assist with training requirements to meet business needs.
The TDC will also coordinate with department leadership to ensure a final assessment of job readiness is completed before fully releasing them for their full job duties.
Document Coordinator Responsibilities
As the keeper of all documents that are required to be controlled, the TDC will be responsible for the following basic document control functions. In this role it is critical that all records are complete, up-to-date and readily available for all audits (internal and external).
