As the Program Assistant, you are the face of the department acting as the first line of contact and office manager. In this role you support the department in various ways and have many different responsibilities from ordering new supplies and technology to assisting faculty in their research. Additionally, this includes organizing events such as the Marketing and Logistics research talks every semester and department events.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. Microsoft 365 suite applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) required. 1 year experience working in an administrative capacity.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Workday expenditure processes and travel authorizations.

Additional Information:

The target hiring range for this job profile is $18.17 - $23.90 per hour. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
