Job Description

- Assist in managing the Executive Team’s calendars and expenses
- Communicate with stakeholders – internal and external – on behalf of the Executive Team
- Coordinate executive travel logistics, lodging, meetings, and meal reservations
- Plan and execute company events, including receptions, roundtables, townhalls, and more
- Maintain a high volume of confidential information and correspondence
- You have a strong executive presence and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- You’re exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive data and information
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
- You’re efficient and know how to prioritize
- You have at least 2 years of experience in executive support or an event coordination role
- You have at least 2 years of experience in event planning and execution
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite), and various other technology platforms

Position: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hourWe take into consideration a number of factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates, such as market location, experience, skills, and education.
The Superior Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the Executive Team including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. This individual will also support event planning. The position will be based at our company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
