Assisting with research in preparation of presentations/reports.
Compile data for reports/decks.
Schedule, coordinate, and plan large quarterly meetings.
Make independent decisions and take actions of moderate complexity with few, if any, written and unwritten guidelines existing.
Decisions and/or recommendations are influenced by general organizational or project objectives.
Maintain current knowledge of operating unit’s projects, goals and objectives.
Ability to display orientation to profitability; Aligns work with strategic goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Office administration experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
Administrative AssistantIn this role you will provide administrative support to call center leadership. Under limited direction and using initiative, performs a variety of complex and sensitive administrative and secretarial duties to support the call center.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$21.46 - $28.61Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
