      Administrative Assistant

      In this role you will provide administrative support to call center leadership. Under limited direction and using initiative, performs a variety of complex and sensitive administrative and secretarial duties to support the call center.

      Responsibilities:

      • Assisting with research in preparation of presentations/reports.

      • Compile data for reports/decks.

      • Schedule, coordinate, and plan large quarterly meetings.

      • Make independent decisions and take actions of moderate complexity with few, if any, written and unwritten guidelines existing.

      • Decisions and/or recommendations are influenced by general organizational or project objectives.

      • Maintain current knowledge of operating unit’s projects, goals and objectives.

      • Ability to display orientation to profitability; Aligns work with strategic goals.

      Qualifications:

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

      • Office administration experience preferred.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

      The starting pay range for this position is:

      $21.46 - $28.61

      Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
