What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, note-taking, and managing daily mail to ensure organizational efficiency
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the supervisor and department
- Prepare routine correspondence, presentations, and maintain communication for the Director
- Screen telephone calls and assist with light accounting or budget review
- Maintain official documents and records in an organized manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and telephones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and Lotus Notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment operation
