Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
OverviewThis job is located in Dixon,IL
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
Looking for someone with experience working in Corporate Univeristy and RQI.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to an OSF Vice President, Director and/or Department Manager. Maintains the leader(s) calendar, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements. Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations. Manages projects as assigned. Prioritizes work with minimal supervision. Demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or GED Experience: Two years of secretary and/or administrative experience Other skills/knowledge • Intermediate level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Proficient with email and calendaring systems • Proven communication and interpersonal skills in previous job or classwork • Demonstrated organizational and prioritizing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates degree Experience: Working knowledge of MS Project and OneNote Licensure/certification: Office Professional Certification
