What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with TPA renewals and compliance document review and creation
- Update databases using the Salesforce client management system
- Generate RFPs and manage requests for proposals
- Prepare open enrollment materials and address claim issues
- Collaborate closely with carriers and account managers for issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an Employee Benefits setting
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits functionality and plans
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Cafeteria Plans, HSA, etc.)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
