Job Description

- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer and route phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Assist internal departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a clean, organized, and stocked workspace.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain spreadsheets, lists, or other company documentation as needed.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments for the corporate office.
- Operate and troubleshoot mailroom equipment (training provided).
- Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain relationships with postal and carrier vendors.
- Execute mailing projects and assist departments with their shipping needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- A customer service mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with adaptability and poise.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
