      • Manage and organize inbox, flagging important emails
      • Tidy and update CRM (Folk) with current contact information
      • Research editorial companies and identify heads of production
      • Conduct LinkedIn and social media research on target contacts
      • Draft outreach emails for CRM campaigns
      • Light internet research tasks as needed
      • Respond to ad-hoc requests and administrative support

      Skill Set
      • Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong organizational and research skills • Comfortable working with macOS environment via remote desktop software (Jump Desktop) • Ability to work independently and be responsive during scheduled hours
