What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete required documentation for already bound insurance policies
- Submit completed documents to the appropriate insurance carriers
- Scan and upload documents into the internal system for accurate record-keeping
- Occasionally coordinate with mortgagees via phone or email to follow up on payment submissions to insurance carriers
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate software and perform tasks efficiently
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication skills
- College degree, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration or Office Management
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop, as well as a printer with a scanner capable of handling 1-20 pages at a time
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and administrative tasks

- Experience in administrative roles within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping processes
