      Position Purpose:

      Saint Alphonsus is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support three HR Executives including the Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President of HR and Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

      Position Highlights:

      • Schedule Information: Position is scheduled for 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
      • Three years of relevant experience preferably supporting manager or director level leaders.
      • Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred.

      What You Will Do:

      • Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls. Uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
      • Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications as required.
      • Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
      • May be required to take minutes of meetings.
      • Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.
      • Demonstrates compliance with hospital safety policies and procedures.
      • Assists with special projects and interdepartmental needs when appropriate.
