Partner daily with recruiters to manage hiring activities and resolve process-related inquiries

Update candidate and requisition records in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)

Schedule and adjust interviews, as well as coordinate candidate travel and lodging

Manage background checks, drug screens, and assessments for U.S.-based candidates

Draft and send offer letters

Respond to candidate inquiries via the Hubbell Careers mailbox

Ensure documentation is compliant with OFCCP requirements

Contribute to a seamless and positive candidate experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
-
Experience supporting HR or recruiting teams highly desirable
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors a plus)

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Strong customer service mindset

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays & Fridays; In-office Tuesday–Thursday)
