Job Description
- Req#: 155862
- Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialist in regard to event planning and coordination.
- Assist in overseeing office event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with Hospitality Coordinator to ensure all breakroom supplies are ordered, received, and stored properly.
- Responsible for assisting Hospitality Coordinator with any Hospitality Service area management including but not limited to cleaning and restocking.
- Assist Hospitality Coordinator with coordination of employer provided lunch program.
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory logs of HR Storage room and Hospitality Service areas.
- Prepare reports for the Human Resources Department as assigned.
- Prepare flyers for miscellaneous events and communications sent out by the Headquarters HR team.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have service industry experience
PAY: $16-$18/hour
SCHEDULE: Tues-Fri | 8:00pm - 3:00pm 30 minute lunch between the hours of 11:30am - 1:00pm
