      Job Requirements:

      Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

      Location: Boise, ID (Headquarters)
      Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
      Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
      Start Date: ASAP (upon completion of onboarding requirements)
      Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

      Position Overview:

      Our client is seeking a professional and service-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring that both internal and external customers receive exceptional service and support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this position plays a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience at the organization's headquarters.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Staff the front desk during business hours
      • Receive and route internal and external customer calls
      • Manage the vendor check-in process, including contacting internal points of contact and issuing temporary badges to guests and visitors

      Qualifications:

      • No prior experience required; administrative or front desk experience is preferred
      • High school diploma or GED required
      • Professional appearance and demeanor required daily as the face of the organization
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Exceptional customer service orientation
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
      • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
