- Responsible for entering transactions and processing in multiple software applications.
- Balances and reconciles multiple systems.
- Provides internal and external customer service and communications.
- Creates and maintains various written correspondence.
- Responsible for daily activity of incoming/outgoing mail and filing.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
- One (1) – two (2) years of related experience preferred.
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in team environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- Computer skills; prior experience with spreadsheets and applications.
- Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within RPS division.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSNON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLSEDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
