- Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with 0 to 3 years of experience in the same type of job or something similar, and/or more years of experience is also welcomed; someone who can make decisions on their own.
- A Minimum High School Diploma or GED and will take persons w/ associate or bachelor's degrees.
- The position will support the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.
- They will need to coordinate meetings and meeting details
- They will need to manage events and event details
- They will manage calendars
- The Administrative Assistant will Track Travel Expenses on Concur.
- They will order food and beverages for meetings.
- They will order office supplies
- The ability to multi-task and work with different people and department heads.
- Someone who can do a lot in a 40-hour week.
- Must be able to multitask and work with several different departments.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: Up to $35.97/hr
Location: Alameda, CA
Work Type: Onsite, Monday through Thursday with Friday WFH if necessary. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch, or 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 1/2-hour lunch
