- Assist Memorial Medical Group Administrative team members (Director, Medical Director, Service Line Managers, etc), with administrative duties and clerical functions as requested (i.e. schedules, meeting room reservations, copying, filing, word processing, formatting files, etc.);
- Prepare clinical reports and agendas as requested; maintains files and documentation as required by regulatory bodies, performs research on products, services and vendors
- Distribute board report reminders and format final board reports
- Coordinate calendars of appointments and meetings involving internal and external parties; initiates and completes professional correspondence on behalf of leaders
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- ReadY invoices for processing; processing check requests at the direction of leadership
- Perform data entry for various reports and dashboards
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating policy and procedure reviews for MMG; ensures finalized policies and procedures are published on internal website.
- Welcome all visitors to Administration
- Acts as a personal representative of Memorial and overall hospitality; while guests are waiting, ensures that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their wait times
- Function as a daily liaison between visitors, employees; demonstrates being proactive and approachable; collaborates and works effectively with diverse personality and skill sets to achieve common goals
- Develops a thorough understanding of all key services and amenities and possesses the ability to deliver service or information in a timely manner
- Serve as primary resource for visitors seeking information, assistance or recommendations and is a liaison between guests and Administration in an effort to provide an exceptional experience
- Prepare meeting agendas and records, distributes, and maintains meeting minutes as requested
- Attend all mandatory education and in-services (i.e., team training, safety, infection control, etc.); completes mandatory health requirements.
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.

- Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the hospital’s and department’s Ethics and Compliance program and is responsible to detect, observe and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, or upward through the chain of command, the Compliance Officer, or the hospital hotline.
