- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an educational setting preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with software s (e.g., iObservation, Google, Microsoft, iVisions, EPARs)
- Ability to hold a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Provide administrative support for tracking and compliance, including annual best practices and board documents
- Manage certified evaluations and support with troubleshooting
- Entering and managing EPARs (Employee Performance Appraisal Reports) for staff terminations
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination for principals and district positions
- Oversee iObservation and student data management
- Facilitate loan forgiveness processes and PFP (Performance Feedback and Planning) letters
- Maintain professional pathways documentation, including EPARs, timesheets, flat files, and audits
- Manage trave l arrangements for out of state conventions/meetings
- Manage Board D ocs for Human Resources Department
- Manage professional development budgets (301, HR, Title II)
- Ensure the integrity of Red Folders and T9 records for secondary and backup purposes
- Coordinate release of contract scheduling and records
- Maintain accurate salary schedules
- Facilitate student and teacher intern placements and university relationships
- Provide assistance and support to administrators and staff
- Perform related duties as requested
- Perform all duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed

Job Goal:
The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the executive director and staff by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, maintaining large district budgets, and accurate records. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
