What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support two Vice Presidents with their administrative needs
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones
- Prepare for meetings by creating agendas, drafting slide decks, and communicating with attendees
- Attend meetings to manage Zoom, track action items, and follow up with participants
- Plan and coordinate events, including onsite/offsite meetings and team-building activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams
- Experience in a rapidly growing company with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Navan, and Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail

- Experience working in a remote-first environment
- Familiarity with expense reporting and budget reconciliation processes
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
