      The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, preparing disbursements, managing schedules, and participating in the management of departmental budgets. The incumbent may also be responsible for transcribing audio files of interviews and/or focus groups. This includes following an established transcription protocol as well as de-identification of research materials, using an established de-identification protocol, in order to protect participants' confidentiality. Update research folders with completed transcriptions and track completion of tasks using established data tracking procedures. Transcribe data within expected/established parameters of efficiency and accuracy. Consistently and thoroughly de-identify research materials. Manage the storage and tracking of transcription materials so as to be complete and easily accessible.

      A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience is preferred.
