      Villa At Borgess Place is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Facility. Provides support to managers and employees through various tasks related to organization, verbal, and written communication. Ensures that all administration tasks are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and delivered with high quality.

      Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
      • Maintains supplies inventory.
      • Processes heavy phone and email traffic.
      • Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
      • Develops and maintains an efficient filing system.
      • All other duties as assigned.

      Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Skills:

      • Ability to relate positively, favorably and cooperatively with others, including associates, residents, family members, and personnel of outside agencies and organizations.
      • Basic-advanced computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
      • Strong spelling and grammar skills.
      • Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and have strong attention to detail.
      • Intermediate typing skills.
      • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

      Administrative Assistant Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
      • 1-2 years working in a corporate, business, or office environment in a similar role.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, all with or without the aid of mechanical devices is required.
