      Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant

      We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team at Oxford Health Group. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where your work makes a difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • The job is to help the office stay organized as well as small projects.
      • Help fill out applications, go through mail, tidy up in the office, order food, etc.
      • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
      • Managing resident files and records
      • Assisting with scheduling and daily office tasks
      • Supporting the leadership and care teams with administrative needs
      • Handling mail, supplies, and general office upkeep

      Requirements:

      • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Comfortable with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email)
      • Compassionate and professional demeanor
      • Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is a plus!

      Job Type: Full-time

      Pay: $23 – $25/hour (based on experience)

      Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
