      Essential Functions and Primary Duties

      • Provides general administrative support to the assurance and tax department.
      • Assists with administrative tasks such as document compilation and preparation, engagement letters, and other administrative duties as needed.
      • Ensures accuracy of financial statements.
      • Produces bound copies for distribution to the client.
      • Assists executives with scheduling meetings to include sending calendar invites and booking conference rooms.
      • Prepare, edit and distribute various correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
      • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives as requested.
      • Assist Managing Director with analysis including scorecard distribution and staff utilization analysis.
      • Participant in the event planning committee for the office.
      • Coordinates office related events both internal and external
      • Assists staff with the following:
        • FedEx, UPS, US Mail
        • Delivery Service
        • Faxes
        • General office support including typing of short letters, labels, stuffing of envelopes for projects, copying and any other projects approved by supervisor
      • Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and setup of lunch for staff meetings and other office events as needed.
      • Maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen supplies, and restocking items as required.
      • Coordinate with the property management company to ensure all property-related concerns are handled efficiently.
      • Provides back up to the front desk reception as needed.
      • May assist with tax collating as needed.
      • Performs such other duties as may be assigned

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree

      Qualifications Required

      • High school diploma or GED
      • 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
      • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
      • Proficient use of applicable technology
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
