- Research and analysis of current Brokers’ license & appointment status to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards and requirements sales.
- Review and processing of Broker licensing and appointment requests, renewals and expirations.
- Perform Quality Reviews of processes; identify gaps and suggest solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented -Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills set are REQUIRED.
- Basic knowledge/ability to navigate administrative systems
- Critical thinking and decisions making skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and build relationships.
