      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and create email, video blog, and social media posts through CRM software and provide reporting
      - Administer and provide website and LMS upgrades
      - Provide registration and customer service support to our user/participant community
      - Organize learning events
      - Research contributions from top experts in early childhood development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in psychology, education, journalism, or a related field
      - Tech-savvy with experience in content development
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative
      - Experience in customer service and event organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM software and digital content management
      - Familiarity with early childhood development and intervention strategies
      - Previous involvement in educational events or conferences
      - Skills in video production or social media marketing
