Job Description
- Req#: 31375
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Directors including but not limited to: Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, meetings, events, and agendas. Ensuring administrative compliance, governance, and oversight regarding any/all activities related to the BRP annual business cycle and deliverables.
- Work closely and effectively with assigned Directors and other stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately to ensure deliverables are met.
- Demonstrate leadership, sense of urgency, composure, and practicality to maintain credibility, trust, and support of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately track budget expenditures.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability and organizational skills to manage the administrative aspects of a project including meeting facilitation, project management documents, budget tracking and effective problem solving in a fast paced environment.
- Experience creating spreadsheets, documents and presentations using Google Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, fostering positive relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.
- Relevant experience providing administrative support to sales teams.
- Previous experience working to negotiate and collaborate with external entities/vendors.

Administrative Assistant- Plano, TX
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will report to the Executive Assistant, and who will be tasked with providing administrative support to senior leaders. As part of your role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks that maximize the efficiency of the Directors you support and their teams.
