      How your role fits into Boldt:

      The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and related services crafted to improve the operating group's efficiency. This position may also assist with staffing the front desk as an ambassador for The Boldt Company by being the first point of contact for visitors and guests.


      Required Skills

      • Perform basic administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and mailing as requested by the management team.
      • Prepare letters, memos, emails, other correspondence, etc.
      • Prepare and process invoices and expenses using Corpay, Concur, etc.
      • Monitor inventory and order office supplies.
      • Ensure meeting rooms and conference reservations are set up with accurate equipment, materials, and supplies. Order and set up food and beverages. Test and assist with the technology required for meetings. Clean up after meetings.
      • Greet visitors in a friendly and effective manner. Provide support to management coordinating communication efforts to project sites and personnel nationwide.
      • Effectively use telephone, email, and other forms of communication to ensure every customer is treated in a consistent, courteous, and professional manner.
      • Act as secondary support for operating group leadership in collaboration with the Executive Assistant.
      • Perform special projects as assigned. This includes projects for Operations, Safety, and Project Executives.
      • Other duties, responsibilities, or activities may be assigned at any time.

      Required Experience

      What we expect from you:

      • High school degree or equivalent required.
      • At least two years of administrative experience required.
      • Intermediate Microsoft O365 knowledge required.

      Physical requirements and working conditions:

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.

      The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
