      Job Description:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented Visio Specialist to support our team by creating clear, professional flowcharts and process diagrams using Microsoft Visio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process visualization and an eye for clean, intuitive design.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand workflow and process requirements.
      • Design and develop flowcharts, process diagrams, and organizational charts using Microsoft Visio.
      • Ensure diagrams are easy to understand, visually consistent, and aligned with project goals.
      • Revise and update diagrams based on feedback and evolving project needs.
      • Deliver final files in both Visio and exportable formats (PDF, PNG, etc.).

      Requirements:

      • Proven experience using Microsoft Visio to create flowcharts and process documentation.
      • Strong understanding of process mapping, systems workflows, and diagramming best practices.
      • Excellent attention to detail and layout consistency.
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in project management, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
      • Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling standards.
