      We are excited to announce a new Administrative Support role within our team based in Portland, Victoria. This is a permanent full time position.

      What you’ll do

      • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the project team as needed.
      • Help organise meetings, arrange catering, maintain adequate stationery and kitchen stock levels, and ensure meeting rooms are tidy.
      • Assist with various administrative tasks such as:
        • Keeping track of registers (e.g., PPE, travel, inductions).
        • Preparing expense reports.
        • Formatting documents.
        • Managing and reporting on vehicle usage, servicing etc.
      • Arrange travel and accommodation.
      • Help create and prepare documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings or reports.
      • Be a point of contact for the project team, liaise with stakeholders, expedite activities by others.

      What you’ll have

      • Previous experience in an office or project setting.
      • Hold a valid driving licence.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
      • Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as they arise.
      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach.
