- Process incoming correspondences according to client specifications and documents the correspondence in the system
- Enter new accounts/accounts updates in the system; process client requests for closing accounts (with the proper close code), future actions, returns, balance verifications, etc.
- Handles incoming emails and or tickets from Clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing client correspondence following procedures set forth by the client, to include proof of previously paid amounts, client invoices, legal accounts or disputes.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct to the applicable agent or management personnel
- Communicates with the clients regarding requests from the agent and other departments within Radius Global Solutions for the return of accounts, checking on direct pays, verifying balances, etc.
- Tracks requests to be sure correct information is received and forwarded to the requesting agent and/or department at Radius Global Solutions
- Logs all disputes, fraud, previous paid, validation of debt per client
- Reviews media that was received from the client ensuring all state regulations are met before sending to the customer
- Sends media to the customer when received; sends response letters to the consumer or authorized Third Party when applicable
- Client Audits- fulfills requests that are received from client and RGS audit team
- Stay abreast of daily and weekly Operations news and information; acknowledge receipt and understanding of policy and procedure updates
- Complete all assignments as required or requested by Operations management
- Adhere to the practices outlined in the Information Security Management System
- Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with governmental laws and regulations, with functional area, and with Company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements
- Provide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement. Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practices
- Adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- This position does not have Supervisory Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- One-year experience preferred, must be familiar with basic computer and data entry functions
- 1 year of prior collection environment experience preferred
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional, prompt, and pleasant manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to use good judgement, use decision making skills, prioritize, and stay organized and attention to detail

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Extensive use of keyboards and computers.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the department’s scheduled hours and guidelines. Full-time employees must maintain continuous full-time employment status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
