      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for regional office staff, including managing communications and office supplies
      - Handle inquiries from families and assist with enrollment efforts to promote Aspire schools and programs
      - Summarize and track family complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions
      - Coordinate region-wide educational activities, meetings, and events
      - Maintain organization and appearance of the regional office

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support position in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other comparable software
      - Two years of college or equivalent work experience
      - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface professionally with all departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish (speaking and writing)
      - Experience in a school or school district office
      - Proficiency with additional database systems (e.g., Filemaker Pro, Access)
      - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
      - Ability to learn new software quickly
