What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies
- Assist Sales Managers and Consultants in completing projects efficiently
- Collect and present data to support sales teams in their efforts
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information for project success
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of various teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Availability for a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, including one Saturday per month

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
