Maintain inventory and shipment records.

Process shipping/receiving documentation in WMS.

Assist with inventory tracking, stock audits, and reports.

Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams.

Manage digital and physical filing systems.

Handle customer/supplier inquiries and resolve shipping issues.

Answer phones, emails, and schedule meetings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Basic understanding of warehouse/inventory processes.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
