Part Time position - 10-12 hours/week (2-3 days a week between 7am and 4pm)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Clerical Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Skills
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant/data management will be a plus
Skills:
Role Specifics
1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting of onsite medical exams including:
a) Notifications to employees, supervisor and managers for upcoming Medicals (DOT Physicals, Audio and Respiratory Fit Testing etc.)
b) Scanning, tracking and attaching results to online compliance program
2. Working with Avangrid’s Third Party Vendors related to Avangrid’s Drug and Alcohol Program, DOT Commercial Drivers Program & other required Testings
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant/data management will be a plus
