      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the back-end administration of HubSpot, including workflows, automations, and lead routing
      - Regularly audit and clean sales data to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting
      - Coordinate sales meetings, prepare documents, and ensure timely follow-ups
      - Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales operations and processes
      - Conduct lead research and support sales outreach efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration within a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM; HubSpot certifications are a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
      - Familiarity with sales process documentation and CRM standard operating procedures
      - Previous experience in a remote working environment
