      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage back-end administration of HubSpot, including workflows, automations, and lead routing
      - Regularly audit and clean sales data to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting
      - Coordinate sales meetings, prepare documents, and ensure timely follow-ups and action item completion
      - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
      - Conduct lead research and assist with sales communications to support business development efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration within a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) is required; HubSpot certifications are a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
      - Familiarity with sales processes and documentation management
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure
