Provide administrative support to Uline’s Corporate Sales team.
Plan and schedule department travel and coordinate meetings / site visits.
Run reports, queries and prepare presentations.
Maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures.
Manage multiple department calendars.
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative / clerical experience p referred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
