      Position Summary: Responsible for office administration tasks while under a moderate degree of supervision. Administrative functions may include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, distributing mail, filing, and performing other duties to support the office, office leader and managers as needed. Utilizes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various JMT software applications to perform tasks.

      Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and certifications.

      Essential Functions and Responsibilities

      • Direct incoming calls, welcome visitors, and answer routine questions
      • Document editing and type correspondence
      • Organize and maintain office files (electronic and hardcopy)
      • File documents
      • Copying documents
      • Process incoming/outgoing mail
      • Maintain tidiness of office areas
      • Order/Pickup supplies
      • Assist with administrative tasks on various projects
      • Make travel reservations, register for events, and order meals
      • Monitor, maintain, and obtain responses for general email inbox
      • Make and handle service calls
      • Help process expense reports

      Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

      • Perform other related duties as assigned

      Required Skills

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      Working Conditions

      Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
