      Job Description & Summary

      At PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

      Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

      • Calendar management – monitor and/or manage assigned partner(s) calendar. This includes responsibility for: arranging internal and external meetings, responding to changing priorities; the coordination of meeting logistics, and the preparation of supporting material (partner level support only - as requested)

      • E-mail management – monitor and/or manage e-mail on behalf of assigned partner(s). This includes responsibility for reviewing, sorting and prioritizing incoming e-mail; taking action or responding to requests on behalf of the partner (partner level support only - as requested)

      • Document Production - typing, formatting and editing of proposals, reports, drafting standard and non-standard correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations using MS Office and Google Suite, or proprietary software as required, while adhering to branding standards

      • Work with internal staff (at all levels) and clients to finalize documents; coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely production of documents

      • Compliance tasks related to Risk and Quality (tasks may vary and are as required)

      • SalesForce entries and maintenance (as required)

      • TalentLink entries and maintenance (as required)

      • Travel arrangements.

      • Prepare and submit expense reports and/or credit card reconciliations.

      • Other administrative duties that will enhance the effectiveness of the team which may include, but not limited to: business development activities, assistance with boards/committees, marketing activities, photocopying, scanning, filing, A/R follow-up and reception coverage etc.

      • Provide back-up support to other team members and/or departments

      • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

      • Strong technical skills in MS Office

      • Flexible to work beyond the standard working hours (if required)

      Education Level (minimum requirement plus any additional desirable

      qualifications):

      • Completion of 5 CXC courses

      • Secretarial certificate or similar
