      Base pay range

      $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

      We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 2 with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world, using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including industry-leading AI and creative software, empowering millions of users to achieve their creative and business goals.

      Responsibilities:

      • Support three Sr. Directors in the Developer Platforms Organization with scheduling meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
      • Maintain several executive calendars, manage staff meetings, and commitments.
      • Take notes and follow up on action items.
      • Manage calendars and travel to help drive maximum effectiveness, including coordinating complex travel arrangements and handling last-minute changes.
      • Assist with scheduling group meetings.
      • Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials.
      • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
      • Perform general office administrative duties such as ordering supplies and equipment.
      • Set up new vendors in Adobe's payment system, process, and track purchase order requisitions.
      • Coordinate special projects and large meetings with internal and external individuals.

      Skills and Experience:

      • 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment or equivalent practical experience.
      • Preferred BA/BS degree.
      • Positive can-do attitude, no ego, willing to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done.
      • Understanding of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
      • Team player with clear and concise communication skills.
      • Ability to remain flexible, embrace change, and manage uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
      • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-through.
      • Desire to create systems, checklists, and approaches to improve efficiency.
      • Ownership of outcomes and ability to see tasks through to completion.
      • Effective time management and ability to prioritize conflicting priorities.
      • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

      Compensation:

      • Up to $35.21 per hour.
