      JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Administrative Assistant for our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.


      Responsibilities include:

      Provides administrative support to multiple executive level personnel and various departments.

      Answers and places calls, scheduling, updating the calendar as needed, drafting and sending submissions, and gifting.

      Tracks all ongoing projects and is well-informed of related activities and associated materials.

      Assists with building lists, creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed.

      Maintains a strong organizational system for all materials and information.

      Coordinates events, travel, and all associated reservations and accommodations. Creates and submits expense reports.

      Receptionist duties during trade shows including; greeting customers, scheduling meetings and some barista duties as needed.

      General office operations, including but not limited to keeping inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with building personnel.

      Performs additional related duties as required.


      Skills & Experience required:

      Proficient with MS Office.

      Excellent proofreading, writing, communication, organizational skills & possess ability to prioritize tasks.

      Ability to create & maintain databases & other resources.

      Must be able to interface with all levels of personnel, including senior management.

      1-2 years experience providing administrative support.

      General Office Activities – including, but not limited to walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, typing, filing, lifting, bending, etc.

      Detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality.

      Must be reliable and attentive to the work schedules and available for overtime as needed

      Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $20 to $30 an hour.
