      This is a remote position.

      Signature is looking to add an administrative assistant to our operations team.

      We are seeking an organized and task-driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks as well as delegating and assisting the Signature Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and issues are delegated to the appropriate team members by managing a shared email inbox and company phone line.       The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in the Insurance Inspection industry, and/ or a background in assisting corporate leadership, and a strong desire to learn from some of the best in business.

      Scope of Responsibilities:
      • Maintains a pleasant demeanor and commitment to service.
      • Serves as the first point of contact for field consultants and clients on Signature’s company phone line
      • Serves as the administrator of Signature’s shared email inbox for addressing and delegating inquiries from field consultants and clients.
      • Assists the leadership team and other team members with administrative duties.
      • Performs accurate company-required record keeping.
      • Documents communications in company platforms for transparency to all team members.
      • Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.

      In this role you will be expected to: interface with clients, contractors, and internal team members to maintain positive relationships, ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, and assist management and leadership teams by going above and beyond to assist Signature in delivering exceptional service to our field consultants and clients.



      Requirements

      Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

      • Prior experience administrative experience in the insurance inspection industry preferred
      • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
      • Excellent oral/written communication skills
      • Excellent customer and contractor relationship skills
      • Positive and enthusiastic personality
      • Excellent organization skills
      • Proficient in MS Office
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
      • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree preferred
