      Position Responsibilities

      • Responding to Emails
      • Answering Phones
      • Greeting Walk-Ins and Providing Information
      • Miscellaneous Office Duties (copying, faxing, mailing FedEx packages, etc.)
      • Travel Planning for District Manager as Needed
      • Setting Up Badging for New Employees if Customer Requires One
      • Management of Temps/Beeline System for Branch
      • Tracking of Temp Hours/Monthly Temp Hours Labor Report
      • Creating and Sending Out Weekly Timesheets for Temps
      • Tracking Attendance for Accounts/Maintenance of Attendance Roster
      • Providing Supervisors with Employee Attendance Write-up Templates as Needed
      • Assisting with Payroll/Submitting Payroll for the Branch
      • Requesting Final Checks for Termed/Resigning Employees
      • Creating and Sending Interim Forms to Payroll for Missed Pay
      • Sending over Basic HR Ticket Requests (i.e. Direct Deposit Requests, W-4 Updates, W-2 Re-Issue Requests, etc.)
      • Maintenance of Account Rosters
      • Assisting Recruiters with Setting Up Interviews and Doing New Hire Safety Orientations
      • Purchasing of Office/Copier/Printer Supplies as Needed
      • Ordering Special Items for Customers as Needed
      • Assisting with Accounts Payables, Handling of Invoices, Tracking PO Numbers for Purchases
      • Maintenance of Branch PO Log/Requesting PO’s for Supervisors
      • Scheduling Service Vendors when Needed
      • Calling in Payments to Service Vendors
      • Assisting with Expense Reports by Collecting and Uploading Receipts
      • Creating Safety Talk Books for Each Account
      • Maintenance of SDS Books in All Accounts
      • Responsible for Ensuring OSHA posters and all other OSHA Requirements are Being Met for the Branch
      • Cleaning of the Office
      • Willing to Cover Different Accounts When Short-Staffed to Assist with Cleaning Duties (bathrooms, breakrooms, trash and cardboard removal, etc.)
