      Job Title: Administrative Assistant

      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join the finance team of a local family-owned insurance company. This role involves various administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

      Responsibilities

      • Answer and manage phone calls and emails.
      • Maintain files and manage the database.
      • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks.
      • Prepare reports.
      • Assist with customer service inquiries.

      Essential Skills

      • 2+ years of administrative experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
      • Strong customer service skills.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or GED.
      • Proficient in 10-Key typing.
      • Ability to multi-task.
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Ability to work well in a team environment.
      • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

      Work Environment

      This position is onsite, Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, with the option to leave at 4pm on Fridays.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
