- Provide complete administrative support services for the Corporate Sales staff.
- Attend the Weekly Meetings and take minutes.
- Generate reports consistently on a weekly and monthly basis or as needed.
- Data entry into Excel and various documents.
- Oversee preparations for bids and meetings.
- Assist sales staff in preparing bid drawings and preparing bid proposals.
- Preparing and providing information for pre-qualifications from general contractors.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of previous administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) applications is required.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Sprinkler Operations
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales staff. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will require a close working relationship with all Corporate sales staff in all divisions.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, data management and customer service.
