      As an Administrative Assistant within Las Vegas Test and Evaluation, you will support the Las Vegas Test Site Director and Leadership team with general administrative duties and tasks associated with the daily operations of the Test Team Facility

      The selected candidate will need to be a self-starter with strong initiative and proven ability to multi-task and drive closure in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and short/firm deadlines that align to company deliverables.

      In this highly visible role, you will perform a variety of administrative duties including:

      ∙ Composing reports, presentations, email correspondence, and memorandums
      ∙ Leading and presenting team meetings
      ∙ Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with travel expense reports
      ∙ Record keeping and filing
      ∙ Mail/Email tracking and response
      ∙ Development and maintenance of databases and administrative processes
      ∙ Tracking of budgets and expenditures
      ∙ Order office supplies
      ∙ Intake and screening of department phone calls, emails, and requests (and routing them to the appropriate individuals)
      ∙ Maintaining and organizing director Outlook calendar

      You will assist with:
      ∙ New-employee acclimations (including set up of necessary tools and assets)
      ∙ Report development
      ∙ Assisting with the development and editing of presentations
      ∙ Interdepartmental and customer communications
      ∙ Leading department initiatives
      ∙ Support various meetings and events
      ∙ Tracking team training requirements

      Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. ∙ Must have a Secret Clearance.

      ∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

      ∙ Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules.

      ∙ Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation. ∙ Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation in LM Travel

      ∙ Experience with Concur

      ∙ Experience with Microsoft Teams.

      ∙ Experience in a variety of content creation, scheduling and reviewing final edits

      ∙ Excellent written/verbal skills

      ∙ Successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment.

      ∙ Inventory management including ordering product and supplies according to business needs, receiving deliveries, and ensuring quality is up to standard

      ∙ Proven system of follow-up and action closure.

      ∙ Candidate must have willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement.

      ∙ Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management

      ∙ Ability to maintain confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all issues

      ∙ Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment
