- General office administrative duties such as managing incoming phone calls and mail, calling for vendor services as needed, office ordering as needed and provide administrative support when necessary.
- Review and verify employee time cards in ADP are accurate before payroll processing. Work with production team leaders to track occurrences as needed.
- Work with offsite HR shared services to provide information needed for onboarding process, FMLA paperwork, Parental leave etc.
- Provide AP / AR support for Controller.
- High school diploma and a minimum of five years related experience.
