- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system and assist with order tracking and updates.
- Maintain document control and ensure records are up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
- Provide administrative support to office staff and assist with special projects as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and production teams to help resolve operational issues.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and logistics-related tasks.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and memos.
- Support onboarding of new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating training materials.
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Help coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide backup support for customer service and logistics functions during absences or peak periods.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Thick skin to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing concrete environment and requires presence in the office from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. It is important to have a resilient attitude in this dynamic setting. The work environment may involve exposure to dust and noise typically associated with manufacturing facilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
