      Administrative Assistant

      Location: Tallahassee, FL | Industry: Construction | Employment Type: Full-Time

      One of our leading general contractor clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

      Role Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
      • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for estimators and installers.
      • Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      • Prepare and distribute quotes, invoices, and work orders.
      • Track job progress and maintain accurate records.
      • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely communication and deliveries.
      • Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing and expense tracking.
      • Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
      • Order office supplies and support daily office operations.

      Necessary Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or trades industry preferred)
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      • Detail-oriented and team-focused

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $33000.00 - $42000.00/yr.
