Job Description
- Req#: PFO0005P0
- Accommodate guests, communicate, and work with other admins within the organization to achieve department goals, discreetly handle sensitive paperwork, communicate with employees of all levels.
- Provide daily support to Department Managers, Section Managers, Project Managers, and employees.
- Prepare for meetings by arranging catering, audiovisual needs, agendas, and taking minutes.
- Act as a Travel Coordinator – assisting personnel in travel authorizations, booking of travel, and expense report submissions.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel to create, maintain, and edit a variety of presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Utilize skills to copy / scan / email
- Apply in-depth understanding of role to be able to listen to requests for assistance and follow through with little to no supervision to obtain the desired end product.
- Professionally represent the Department when communicating with internal and external customers (i.e. phone messages, greeting guests, reach back, etc.)
- Regularly status appropriate employee action(s) to ensure timely completion needed by any department (travel, credit card, training, etc)
- Perform other duties as required.
High School Diploma
Familiar with Microsoft Office

Attendance - Monday thru Thursday - 7:30am to 5:15pm and Friday - 7:30am to 11:30am
